Processing Time

OO Studio operates on a pre-order basis. Once your order arrives at our studio, we process and dispatch it within 1–2 working days.

Shipping Time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

• 1–3 working days (main cities)
• 3–5 working days (outlying areas)

Shipping Fees

• A flat shipping rate of R70–R99 applies nationwide.
• Free shipping for orders over R1000

Tracking

You will receive your tracking number via Email or SMS as soon as your parcel is shipped.

Address Errors

OO Studio is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure all details are correct before checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged by the courier, we will assist you with the claim process. Refunds depend on the courier’s investigation outcome.
